Complete the Pre-course Self-Assessment at elearning.heart.org:

Log in with your name visible in the upper right corner
Select 'Courses' from the upper left menu
Choose 'Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)'
Select 'ACLS Pre-Course Self-Assessment with Pre-course Work' (approximately 4 hours)
Print your completion certificate and bring it to class
